ISO Certification in Kuwait http://factocert.com/iso-certification-in-kuwait/ provides the robust management system for many organizations. Integrated management system plays a major role in ISO implementation.
What is Quality Management System!
Documents of Quality System documents should detail processes and procedures to ensure they meet the requirements of the standard. This will ensure that: Employees perform the same task, the same way, every time. Information is recorded in the same way, every time. New employees are trained to a consistent standard.
Benefits of QMS:
Quality Management System registration will help you win new customers and retain existing ones. While the goal is to achieve registration, it is not the only goal. The internal benefits of an effective system are significant.
An understanding that quality is not just the responsibility of the quality department, it’s everyone's responsibility. Documented procedures and work instructions form the basis for repetition and become “the way we do business.” Less dependency on key individuals, responsibility and accountability for key tasks are distributed across the work force. Monitoring and measuring of key quality performance indicators improve management oversight. Internal Audits help identify problems that could impact customer satisfaction and/or operational efficiency. A formal Corrective and Preventative Action system ensures permanent solutions to problems are developed and implemented. Operations transformed from detection mode to a prevention mode. Prevention takes a lot less work and is far less expensive than detection. Increased profitability as productivity improves and rework costs are reduced.
A reliable process produces a consistent, predictable outcome, and is consciously developed. Facts and data are collected, the method is thought about by participants, debated, and agreed to, before the method is implemented. Explicitly establishes the method is carefully documented in sufficient detail for the purposes needed. Every attempt is made to make the method error‐proof, consistently followed by everyone follows the method as documented! Currently believed to be best way: The method is used until someone thinks of a better way.
What is Environmental Policy!
The establishment of an Environmental Policy mandated by top management, and verified by them during Management Review, is the first requirement of the Standard. The Policy sets the tone for the establishment of EMS principles. The Policy directs corporate goals, corporate responsibilities, and the establishment of corporate performance milestones against which the management system must be judged. Top management is held responsible for the initiation of Policy and for providing direction for others who may be tasked with the development of the final Policy itself. Provide attachments to requirements, internal and external. Be germane to the operation’s products and services as they impact the environment. Be clear, concise, and implemented at all levels of operations. Be publicly available. Strive toward prevention of and continual reduction of adverse environment.
Benefits to implementing an EMS.
These include a potential for: improved control and management of emissions, effluents and wastes; avoidance and safe handling of hazardous or potentially polluting materials; reduction in generated wastes; energy efficiency improvements and cost savings; conservation of natural resources, including water, land and precious minerals; a comprehensive approach to satisfying legal and other requirements; operational efficiency and cost savings; pursuing environmental initiatives that are aligned with business priorities.
What is ISO 45001:2018!
The development of ISO 45001 http://factocert.com/iso-45001-certification-in-kuwait/ introduces a new 10 clause structure, several new requirements and new terms. Users will need to plan how to incorporate these changes into their occupational health and safety management system (OHSMS). A wide diffusion of this implementation guidance is recommended, in particular the comparison tables between OHSAS 18001:2007 and ISO 45001:2018. These show the correspondence between the clauses of the standards and can be found in Annex A at the end of this paper.
Technical Aspects includes: The demands from users for the requirements of management system standards to be better aligned, to enable “integration” into their organization’s management systems. This led to the development by ISO of a “High Level Structure” (often referred to as “Annex SL”) which provides a common clause sequence (structure), text, terms and definitions for its management system standards. This “High Level Structure” has been applied during the development of ISO 45001. The OHSAS Project Group’s 2011 Survey of standards and certificates, which showed there are now more than 90000 certificates issued in 127 countries and the need for an ISO International Standard for this discipline.
